Faro

Agentic insurance · iOS and backend engineering

An AI-native commercial insurance application, built in a weekend at Yale. A business owner describes the business, by form or by conversation, and Faro returns structured risk, coverage, and submission analysis.

A native SwiftUI client speaks to a FastAPI backend over REST and WebSockets. Intake runs through a LangGraph agent pipeline with Gemini doing the reasoning and ElevenLabs providing voice; MongoDB holds state, Auth0 handles identity, and the result exports to PDF and surfaces through WidgetKit.

CampusCents

Personal finance · iOS product development

A budgeting companion for college students, built at HackBU 2026. It answers the questions that matter at the register: what has been spent, what remains, and whether this purchase fits.

Native SwiftUI throughout, with budget-health scoring, category tracking, transaction logging, and affordability analysis. Insights are drawn on the device by Apple Foundation Models, with a rule-based fallback where the model is unavailable, so nothing about a student's finances leaves the phone. The interface adapts to light and dark modes and to accessibility settings.

A personalized learning platform for the Career Advancement Package, built to adjust to the learner rather than ask the learner to adapt to the system.

Gemini-driven learning flows with adaptive difficulty logic, Python services in Dockerized environments, and a responsive React and Tailwind interface. I directed the architecture and R&D, set up the repository and QA workflows, and coordinated contributors across robotics, data science, and curriculum.

Your ASL Native Assistant asked whether an AI assistant could begin a conversation in American Sign Language rather than treat accessibility as an adaptation.

A prototype that reads ASL gestures in real time and answers in ASL: CNN gesture recognition, OpenPose skeletal tracking, and pose estimation on the way in; generative video and animation pipelines on the way out. Three semesters of work in Binghamton's First-Year Research Immersion program.

An indoor navigation system for blind and low-vision users, built around independent movement and clear audio guidance in the spaces GPS cannot reach.

Bluetooth LE beacon positioning, spatial audio guidance, computer vision research, and early product prototyping for complex indoor environments. Developed with industry professionals, Mission 3A, and Virtual Enterprises; first place at the VE Tech Talk Day and a feature in the Bronx Times followed.
